YOUR HOLIDAY ON HORSEBACK AT HORSE COUNTRY
Horse Sharing is a holiday on horseback at the Horse Country, on the Western coast of Sardinia, on the Gulf of Oristano.
Immersed in a centuries-old pine forest directly on the sea, the Resort is the ideal location for those who want to spend a holiday on horseback in the name of wellness and in close contact with nature.
Since ever, Horse Country Resort stands out for its proposal for equestrian tourism, giving everyone the opportunity to enrich their holiday with thrilling riding experiences.
Three hectares of garden, a private beach and a pine forest of over 50 hectares allow enjoying a wide variety of itineraries and paths on horseback, all of this while surrounded by an ecosystem populated by pink flamingos and rare endangered species.
A HOLIDAY ON HORSEBACK TO SHARE
Horse Country designed its offer to bring everyone closer to the magical world of horses, with solutions for holiday packages and horseback activities suitable for any level of experience.
The offer that best reflects this approach is the Horse Sharing Experience, the opportunity to have your own horse for a whole week.
With Horse Sharing, the horse is a companion with whom to share a holiday full of various activities offered by our Equestrian Centre. From rides on the beach and in the pine forest, to various treks in places full of charm and naturalistic interest, from swimming in the sea on your horse, to activities designed for children like the pony camp.
A UNIQUE CONTEXT
Besides the facility, the area offers fantastic landscapes and unexpected beauty.
Heading South from the Resort, we find the ancient fishing village of Marceddì, still dedicated to fish farming. A few miles away are the large sand dunes of Torre dei Corsari, one of the most important seaside locations in the area. Heading north, it is easy to be enchanted by the transparent waves of the Sinis coast who break on the sandy shores of quartz grains, characteristic of the dream beaches of Is Arutas, Maimoni and Mari Ermi.
The richness and the heterogeneity of the landscapes of the Gulf of Oristano make the territory unique, and one of the most interesting areas of the whole Mediterranean.
